A Journey Up the Ridge

The journey begins along the North Fork of the New River, winding past open meadows and beneath canopies of trees. As the road narrows and the sound of the river softens, you’re greeted by the gentle flow of Old Field Creek. Turning into New River Ridge, you cross a small bridge and begin the slow, steady climb up the ridge, where the forest opens, the air cools, and the mountains come into view.
Each turn reveals something new, natural springs, soft light through the trees, the distant blue horizon building behind you, and the promise of quiet above it all. At the top, five design-forward tiny homes rest along the ridge, each positioned to frame the mountains and the sky. Step inside to find warm wood tones, thoughtful design, and every modern comfort. Open the folding glass doors, step outside, and it’s just you, the view, and the rhythm of the river below.

Hear What Our Guests Have to Say

“Firstly, the view is unmatched. That coupled with the privacy, this is my new favorite campsite... If you're on the fence about booking here, just do it.”
Robert, L,

"Site was private, beautiful & a perfect landing site. Close to sweet little towns and hiking in Grayson Highlands but remote enough to feel like we were lost in the mountains. Our hosts met our every need and were so friendly and welcoming.
Julie, E.

"The site is very private and quiet, a great place to find some peace and enjoy nature. The wood deck is a great place to enjoy the sunrise with coffee and the smokeless fire pit is a major plus. My only regret was having to limit my trip to one night. I highly recommend New River Ridge!"
